For my senior thesis project, I wrote and illustrated a picture book dummy called Sal Wears Shorts. Sal is the new kid in his school and his classmates take a curious interest in him; particularly his shorts. Whether it's raining, sunny, chilly, or snowing, Sal comes to school in shorts every day of the year. The classmates decide to team up and figure out Sal's motive. But when thinks take a turn for the worse, they realize that maybe Sal isn't so strange after all.
